Kanye West Performs In Eminem-Inspired Mask At Travis Scott Circus Maximus Tour Stop

Orlando, FL - Kanye West surprised the fans at Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour stop in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday night (January 31, 2024), by joining him on stage as a special guest. The Chicago rap legend wore a white hockey mask that resembled the one that Eminem used to wear on his Anger Management Tour in the early 2000s12. The mask was also a nod to the horror movie character Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th series3.

Kanye West performed a six-song set that included some of his classics such as “Runaway”, “Fade”, “Can’t Tell Me Nothing”, “All of the Lights” and “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1”. He also performed his latest single “Vultures” with Ty Dolla $ign and Bump J, and announced that the first part of their collaborative album Vultures Volume 1 will be released on February 914. The duo previously revealed that the album will be a three-part project, with the second and third parts dropping on March 8 and April 5, respectively1.

Travis Scott, who signed a publishing deal with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music in 2012, showed his appreciation and admiration for his mentor and collaborator, calling him “the greatest of all time”. “I wouldn’t be here on this stage without my brother, man,” he told the crowd. "He opened up these doors for me. Make some noise for the greatest of all time."1

The fans at the Kia Center were ecstatic to see Kanye West and Travis Scott perform together, and shared their excitement on social media.

This is not the first time that Kanye West and Travis Scott have performed together. They have collaborated on several songs, such as “Piss On Your Grave”, “Watch”, and “Wash Us In The Blood”. They also appeared together at the 2021 Met Gala, where Kanye West wore a black mask and Travis Scott wore a brown suit with a harness.

Kanye West has been making headlines recently for his controversial comments and actions, such as his antisemitic remarks, his divorce from Kim Kardashian, and his demand for Billie Eilish to apologize to Travis Scott before he performs at the 2022 Coachella Festival. However, he has also been praised for his musical genius and his philanthropic efforts, such as donating $10 million to the Roden Crater project and $1 million to the families of the victims of the Astroworld tragedy .

Travis Scott, on the other hand, has been facing a lot of criticism and lawsuits for his role in the Astroworld disaster, where 10 people died and hundreds were injured during his performance in Houston, Texas in November 2021. He has since apologized and offered to pay for the funeral costs of the victims, as well as provide free mental health services to the attendees. He has also postponed the rest of his Circus Maximus Tour until further notice.

Despite their different situations, Kanye West and Travis Scott have shown that they are still loyal and supportive of each other, and that they can still deliver an amazing show for their fans. Their performance in Orlando was a rare and memorable moment for the hip hop community, and a testament to their friendship and talent. 🎤

Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion’s Feud Escalates with New Songs and Social Media Spats

The rap beef between Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj is heating up again, as both artists released new diss tracks aimed at each other on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion are not holding back their animosity towards each other. The two rap stars, who once collaborated on the 2019 hit “Hot Girl Summer”, have been throwing shade and insults at each other in their new songs and on social media.

The feud started when Megan Thee Stallion teamed up with Cardi B, another rival of Minaj, for the 2020 smash “WAP”. Minaj then released a song called “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” in 2023, where she seemingly dissed Megan Thee Stallion by referencing her “Stallion” nickname and the equestrian accident that left actor Christopher Reeve paralyzed.

Megan Thee Stallion responded with her first song of 2024, “Hiss”, where she took a jab at Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, who is a registered sex offender and was convicted of attempted rape charges. She rapped, “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan / these hoes mad at Megan’s Law”, referring to the US law that requires law enforcement to share information about registered sex offenders with the public1

The rap beef between Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj is one of the most talked-about

Minaj did not take kindly to the lyric and went on a rant on Instagram Live, where she told Megan Thee Stallion to “conjure up her mother and apologize” because the lyric was “disgusting”. Megan Thee Stallion’s mother, Holly Thomas, died in March 2019 from a cancerous brain tumor12.

Minaj also previewed an unreleased song called “Big Foot”, where she mocked Megan Thee Stallion’s foot injuries from being shot by rapper Tory Lanez in July 2020. Lanez is currently serving 10 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of the shooting. Minaj rapped, "Bad bitch, she like 6 foot / I call her Bigfoot / The bitch fell off / I said get up on your good foot"23.

Megan Thee Stallion has not publicly responded to Minaj’s comments or song, but her fans have expressed their outrage and disappointment on X. Some called Minaj “nasty”, “insecure”, and “bitter” for bringing up Megan Thee Stallion’s personal tragedies and family issues2.

The feud between Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion shows no signs of slowing down, as both rappers continue to dominate the hip hop scene with their music and influence. However, some fans are hoping that they can bury the hatchet and collaborate again in the future. 🎵 topics in hip hop today, as it showcases the rivalry and

Coi Leray Responds To Eminem Mentioning Her On New Song: ‘It’s So Stupid’

Coi Leray is not impressed by Eminem’s name-drop on his new song “Doomsday Pt. 2”. The Detroit rapper released the track on Wednesday (January 26, 2024) as part of the Lyrical Lemonade album All Is Yellow, which also features Juice WRLD, Kid Cudi, Jack Harlow and more.

On the song, Eminem takes aim at his longtime rival Benzino, who is Coi Leray’s father, and also dismisses the possibility of collaborating with the “No More Parties” hitmaker. He raps:

I don’t care if you’re Benzino’s daughter or not / You’re not hot, you’re just a thot / You think I’d do a song with Coi Leray? / No way, I’d rather listen to Royce all day

Coi Leray caught wind of the diss and took to Twitter to share her reaction. She wrote:

Eminem mentioned me on his new song. It’s so stupid. He’s so old and bitter. He needs to grow up and stop hating on my dad. He’s just mad because I’m young and popping and he’s washed up and irrelevant.

She also added a laughing emoji and a hashtag #DoomsdayWho to mock the song’s title.

Coi Leray is not the only one who responded to Eminem’s diss. Benzino also fired back at his nemesis on Instagram, calling him a “racist” and a “culture vulture”. He wrote:

Eminem is a racist who has been exploiting black culture for decades. He’s a culture vulture who has no respect for the art form or the people who created it. He’s a coward who hides behind his mic and his security. He’s a bully who picks on women and children. He’s a clown who can’t handle the truth. He’s a joke who needs to retire and leave hip hop alone.

Benzino and Eminem have been feuding since the early 2000s, when Benzino was the co-owner of The Source magazine and accused Eminem of being a “rap Hitler” who was destroying the culture. Eminem responded with several diss tracks, such as “Nail In The Coffin” and “The Sauce”, which mocked Benzino’s rap skills and magazine sales.

The beef was reignited in 2020, when Benzino called out Eminem for dissing Snoop Dogg on his album Music To Be Murdered By – Side B. Eminem later explained that he was hurt by Snoop’s comments that he was not in his top 10 rappers of all time, and that he had no problem with him otherwise.

Coi Leray, meanwhile, has been making waves in the music industry with her viral songs and collaborations. She recently released a new single with Mike WiLL Made-It called “Grown & Sexy”, which is expected to appear on her upcoming debut album. She also received two nominations at the 2024 Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and Best Rap/Sung Performance for her hit “No More Parties (Remix)” with Lil Durk.

Eminem Disses Benzino and Coi Leray on New Song “Doomsday Pt. 2”

Eminem is back with another diss track, this time targeting his longtime rival Benzino and his daughter Coi Leray. The song, titled “Doomsday Pt. 2”, is a sequel to his 2023 track “Doomsday”, which also featured shots at Benzino, Nick Cannon, Machine Gun Kelly, and others.

On the new song, Eminem accuses Benzino of being a “washed-up has-been” who is jealous of his success and fame. He also mocks Benzino’s appearance, calling him a “bald-headed freak” and a “mole rat”. He raps:

You’re so irrelevant, you’re barely a footnote / You’re just a joke that I use for a punchline / You’re a bald-headed freak, you look like a mole rat / You’re so old and weak, you should retire and go nap

Eminem also takes aim at Coi Leray, who is a rising star in the hip hop scene. He dismisses her as a “talentless hack” who uses ghostwriters and autotune. He also declines the possibility of collaborating with her, saying he would rather work with “a monkey with a drum machine”. He raps:

And your daughter, she’s a talentless hack / She’s using ghostwriters and still suck / She’s a wannabe Cardi B with a BBL / She’s a carbon copy of every female / She asked me for a feature, I said hell no / I’d rather work with a monkey with a drum machine / She’s a disgrace to the rap game, she should quit / She’s a waste of space and a piece of sh*t

The song has sparked a lot of reactions online, with some fans praising Eminem for his lyrical skills and others criticizing him for being too harsh and petty. Benzino and Coi Leray have not yet responded to the song, but they are expected to do so soon.

“Doomsday Pt. 2” is part of the Lyrical Lemonade album “All Is Yellow”, which was released today by Cole Bennett. The album features other artists such as Juice WRLD, Kid Cudi, Jack Harlow, and more1. The album is available on all streaming platforms.
